My goal is to help you find balance with food and exercise and ditch the diet mentality while still reaching your goals. Hello and welcome to my blog! I am a certified fitness instructor with a Bsc. in Sport Science. I struggled with extreme body image issues and binge eating disorder most of my life. I was constantly trying to lose weight until one day i was fed up with this unhealthy mindset and started practicing intuitive eating and accepting my body. I became happier than i ever was and I want you to do the same!
